As anyone who has lived in bloomfield for 20 years or more can see the changes in our town in the last 5 years. The crime in the 3rd ward has sky rocketed in the last 7 years, with Newark and East Orange on its boarders i now know how Custer felt, Anyone with half a brain can see the writeing on the wall. So folks my advice to all us old residents is the time to move is now while your property is still worth something in 5 years time your house in the 3rd ward will be worth ZIP. So my advice is pack up the kiddies and head north my friends before you lose your house and get mugged

I would like to give Cheers to the Hillside DPW for the quick cleanup job they did with the recent thunderstorms we've had. The Police also did a great job directing traffic the morning after, especially with the warehouse fire on top of it all...Great Job!
