Rudeness

Has anyone else in South Orange noticed the increase in accidents due to poeple on cell phones and texting while driving which is supposedly illegal? This also happens in stores which creates longer lines unecessarily. The rudeness extends to the privacy of one's home, when there are numerous honks throughout the day. What's going on?
